The fully functional, ready-to-install compact modules from Rexroth, complete with drive unit and control system, simplify modern designs and expedite commissioning times. Application areas cover the entire medium and upper range for assembly and handling systems. The linear axes are driven optionally by ball screw, toothed belt or direct linear drive and feature high dynamics, load capacities and rigidities.

Of particular importance for designers: Rexroth offers not only different sizes and stroke lengths according to customer requirements, but also optional equipment for the compact modules.

Compact Modules with ball screw drive - CKK

  • Maximum length: up to 2,200 mm and spindle support to 5,500 mm
  • Maximum speed: up to 2,5 m/s
  • Dynamic load rating: up to 121,185 N

  • High positioning accuracy and repeatability due to ball screw drive with zero-clearance nut system
