Ready for one-point lubrication and challenging applications

The Linear Modules MKK MKR consist of an anodized aluminum frame with integrated ball rails and the option of a ball screw drive or a belt drive. As ready-to-install assemblies, they reduce the design and installation effort in all types of machines and systems.

MKK and MKR, the new generation of Linear Modules with new functionalities meet the tougher requirements of machine construction.

  • Increased connection option

Option to connect to one-point lubrication systems

The user can select their lube version individually.

The components, ball screw drive and runner block are now ready for one-point lubrication with liquid grease or oil. If the user is using their own lubricants, they can order the corresponding Linear Module components with only corrosion prevention and complete the initial lubrication for start-up themselves. In the standard version, the manufacturer delivers the Linear Module with initial lubrication for immediate use.

  • Hard chrome plated design

Hard chrome plated design for increased corrosion protection

In applications where increased corrosion resistance is required, the hard chrome plated ball screw drives, profiled rails and runner block Resist NR can permanently withstand water and aggressive chemicals. Stainless-steel band covers with a new magnet profile enhance this resistance to media and increase the resistance to coolant/lubricants for example.

  • Integrated switching magnet

The integrated switching magnet simplifies assembly and saves time

The magnetic field sensors for limit switches ensure quick and easy positioning and mounting. They fit directly into the profile frame without additional mounting accessories so that no interfering contours are created.

Screw support prevents vibrations at high rotational speeds Magnifier

Rexroth delivers the ball screw drive variant of the Linear Module in lengths up to 5,400 mm.

A screw support prevents vibrations at high rotational speeds from 4,000 mm upwards, and thereby increases the application window for highly dynamic uses.

With the option of the Integrated Measuring System IMS-A Magnifier

The Linear Modules optionally come with the integrated absolute measuring system IMS-A. It saves space and, right at the system start and without a homing cycle, it captures the exact carriage position of the axis. Using the inductive measuring principle, the IMS-A operates wear free and is immune to contamination and electric fields.

Central holes for simple mounting Magnifier

Central holes in the carriages and the frame make mounting even easier because a positive-locking connection is made using centering rings, which simplifies the alignment process considerably. They also allow for diverse configurations.
