Construction

Construction

The screw drive in electromechanical cylinders converts the initiated motor torque into a linear motion. The piston rod, which is connected to the nut of the screw drive, will retract or extract - depending on the direction of the motor rotation. Both the nut and the piston rod are guided in the cylinder housing.

Intelligent drive system

Intelligent drive system

The mechanics together with the powerful and flexible Rexroth servo drives form an intelligent drive system.

Your benefits:

  • Free programmability and realization of complex motion profiles.
  • Free parameterization of force, position and speed over the entire stroke.

Robust drive system

The Electro Mechanical Actuator is a heavy duty plug & run actuator especially developed for an outside harsh (salty) environment with high humidity and a wide temperature range. It provides users with a standard, configurable Electromechanical linear actuator optionally including a control cabinet with an IndraDrive drive system.
