Curves


Curves are used to return the workpiece pallet at the end of the conveyor. They are available in versions with a 90° and a 180° curve angle.

  • The drive takes place via the belt section. No additional drive is required for the curve function.
  • Section load up to 30 kg
  • Conveyor medium: Toothed belt with mesh top, suitable for use in an EPA
  • Integrated shared drive for the turntable and the mounted belt sections in the infeed and outfeed section

  • The drive takes place via a belt section BS 1/T connected to the curve output or the return unit UM 1 of a section unit.
  • Using additional drive kits improves the transport of the workpiece pallets WT 1/P at the start and end of the curve.
  • Conveyor medium: Round belt, suitable for use in an EPA
  • Available for belt distances a = 60 mm or a = 135 mm
  • The drive takes place via a belt section BS 1/T connected to the curve output or the return unit UM 1 of a section unit.
  • Conveyor medium: Round belt, suitable for use in an EPA
  • Ready for operation conveyor section with own drive. Motor mounting right (MA = R), left (MA = L), with track width b = 160 mm also central (MA = M)
  • Section loads up to 30 kg in accumulation operation
  • Conveyor medium: Toothed belt with mesh top, suitable for use in an EPA
  • Modules of the TS1 are connected with each other on the front side via a connection kit
