At LogiMAT 2026, Bosch Rexroth will be showing how the warehouse processes can be mapped even more flexibly, dynamically, and energy-efficiently with the help of scalable Linear Motion Technology and drive technology. In this way, the broad Rexroth standard portfolio supports operators in meeting current requirements such as each-picking and same-day deliveries, which are crucial especially during peak periods.
Individualized orders and smaller batch sizes are shifting the focus from warehouse and pure pallet logistics to order-specific collection of goods. Higher throughput for palletizing and sorting
In the areas of palletizing and sorting, the linear robots in the form of cartesian multi-axis systems from Bosch Rexroth have proven themselves as an alternative to conventional articulated robots. The multi-axis systems are generally much more cost-effective, space-saving, and easier to integrate into the existing conveyor technology. Their high dynamics and speedy commissioning support high-performance end-of-line processes and increase throughput.
Flexible solutions for autonomous transport logistics
The flexibility, quality, and efficiency of pallet transport by automated guided vehicles (AGV) or autonomous mobile robots (AMR) can be optimized through advanced lifting units. Proven Linear Motion Technology solutions such as electromechanical cylinders, profiled rail systems, and ball screw assemblies allow gentle lifting and exact positioning of loads as well as long relubrication intervals for low-maintenance operation. Automatic lateral fork adjustments with proven Linear Motion Technology also allows for a wide variety of pallet types to be handled flexibly.
