Overview
Current market trends are driving the demand for compact and powerful solutions for mobile machines: Increasingly complex machine designs, diverse functions and applications pose a variety of challenges for mobile machine manufacturers. For this purpose, Bosch Rexroth offers the EDH Compact Directional Valve, a compact and powerful solution with high flow capacity.
With a powerful flow capacity of up to 100 l/min, the Compact Directional Valve offers enhanced functionality and performance for a wide range of applications such as drilling machines and cranes, construction equipment, mobile elevating work platforms, self-propelled or trailed agricultural machinery as well as municipal vehicles like garbage trucks and sweepers.
Modularity for optimized solutions
The EDH features a modular design that seamlessly integrates with the Compact Directional Valves of Bosch Rexroth’s product line. It includes compatibility with the new-generation pre-compensated EDG valves and enables customized solutions tailored to meet individual customer requirements. With its compactness and power density the EDH sets new standards. At the same time, it offers maximum flexibility and adaptability to control diverse machine functions.
Rising demand for high flow capacities
A heavier workload on mobile working machines requires high flow capacities. The EDH's flow capacity of up to 100 l/min ensures that machines can handle heavy-duty applications with ease. This increases productivity and reduces cycle times in critical mobile machines, but also in industrial applications.
Low space requirements in mobile applications
With the need to fit more functionality into compact machines, installation space is scarce. The EDH's compact design enables seamless integration into space-constrained environments. By effectively utilizing limited space, companies can enhance efficiency and realize the full potential of their machines.
Versatile possibilities
The EDH Compact Directional Valve provides companies with diverse possibilities to tailor hydraulic systems to specific application needs. A precise engineering and durable construction provide high reliability, reduce maintenance costs and minimize downtime.
“Its impressive flow capacity, modular design, and compatibility with Bosch Rexroth’s Compact Directional Valves enables manufacturers to increase the efficiency and productivity of their applications and map new trends and challenges,” summarizes Luca Zanichelli, Product Manager Compact Directional Valves at Bosch Rexroth.
