Bosch Rexroth took part in the Youth Conference Education of the Future at the Jan Wyżykowski University in Polkowice, organizing the workshop “Mastering AI – Students Can Do It!”. The event gathered 160 students from local schools who developed their own concepts for applying artificial intelligence in industry and business. The projects were created using the ctrlX environment and focused on solutions supporting modern production and industrial processes. As part of the competition, participants competed for an internship opportunity at Bosch. In total, 11 teams submitted their projects. The event also provided an opportunity to showcase solutions related to industrial automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies, while supporting the development of future engineering and technology skills.
We are proud to announce that Bosch Rexroth is a partner of the Polish PLC Programming Championships – a nationwide event dedicated to students, pupils, and young automation enthusiasts. As part of our involvement, we introduced a dedicated competition category: ctrlX AUTOMATION, based on the innovative ctrlX automation platform. We are pleased to be part of this initiative, which supports the development of future programmers and helps bridge the gap between education and industry.

Bosch Rexroth was a partner of WorldSkills Poland in the category Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechanics. Participants completed competition tasks on Hydraulix300 training stations under the guidance of our experts. In the Try a Skill zone, young technicians gained hands-on experience with BODAS mobile electronics, discovering modern mobile automation in practice.
Bosch Rexroth took part in the jury of the Explory competition, supporting the development of innovative technical projects created by secondary school students in Warsaw. The competition focused on solutions in the fields of new technologies, engineering, and automation. Selected projects received Bosch Rexroth Special Awards, while the most outstanding initiatives were also recognized by the main jury. As part of the event, a panel discussion was held with representatives of industry and teachers from Technical Mechatronics School No. 1 in Warsaw, addressing the role of industry in the future of technical education.
Bosch Rexroth supported the finals of the Team Industrial Automation Championships (ZMAP), organized by the Sectoral Skills Center for Industrial Automation in Wrocław. Participants used Bosch Rexroth solutions, including robots, control systems, and training stations applied in technical education. This involvement reflects Bosch Rexroth’s commitment to developing skills in automation and robotics, as well as strengthening cooperation with the education sector.
