We would like to inform you of an important step in the development of our company, Bosch Rexroth Sp. z o.o., namely the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system.
In connection with the migration and preparations for the launch of the new system (the so-called “Go Live”), during the final week before the implementation, i.e. from October 24 to 31, 2025, the following temporary limitations in our operations will occur:
• Shipments from the Warsaw warehouse will be suspended.
• New orders will be suspended, and ordering via the Rexroth Store platform will not be possible.
• We will not be able to issue invoices.
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that direct deliveries from our factories to you will continue without any disruptions.
Please note, however, that invoicing for goods delivered during this period, as well as the processing of orders placed within this timeframe, will take place from November 3 onwards.
Important change! Starting from November 3, please make payments for invoices to the following banks accounts:
Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

Account for payments in EUR - PL 11 1030 1508 0000 0005 0254 9014
We kindly ask you to update this information in your accounting systems.
