The next Level: The CryoPump-Station - complete drive solution for liquid hydrogen.

With components and systems for the compression of gaseous and liquid hydrogen, Bosch Rexroth is driving forward the establishment of a hydrogen infrastructure. A new cryopump directly compresses liquid hydrogen to 875 bar and thus allows to refuel heavy trucks with 100 kg of hydrogen within 10 minutes.

Bosch Rexroth offers compressor drives for medium power ranges, developed in cooperation with partners – such as the 75 kW CytroCore – for liquid and gaseous hydrogen. Featuring displacement control, it delivers high energy efficiency, requires little space, operates quietly, and is ready for immediate use after one-time parameterization. Open interfaces ensure easy integration.

The CGV differential cylinder is the optimal solution for gas compressors: durable, powerful, and efficient. With high repeatability, it drives gas compressors reliably. Easy to install, with integrated leakage ports and position sensors. Forces up to 2,500 kN and speeds up to 0.8 m/s are possible.
