Active Heave Compensation
Rexroth’s active heave compensation system registers the movements of the ship and integrates them into the internal control processes. The result: Compensation of more than 95 percent of wave movements.
Steering Gear Systems
The maneuverability of ships must be guaranteed under all circumstances. Rexroth system solutions reliably fulfill this requirement. Our variable drive concepts can offer increased flexibility and maneuverability through GPS-monitored position maintenance.
Manifold Assemblies (shock and vibe, ABS certified)
Custom valve and manifold assemblies are designed and built in-house for a variety of applications, such as steering gear systems, pitch control, thruster control, jet drives, winches, cranes, and more.
Hydraulic Power Units
Both custom, and ready-made, optimally-designed (Cytro) power units are used on virtually any system that requires hydraulic motion, and we can also assist in modernizing older power units.
Fan and Compressor Drives
Both custom and COTS pumps & motors are used in several variations of fan and drive systems used for ventilation and cooling applications across multiple vehicle and ship platforms.
Subsea Solutions
We have experience in subsea applications at depths up to 6000m, and can provide a multitude of hydraulic solutions across several subsea systems used in oil & gas exploration, mining, infrastructure, etc.
Mobile Electrification and Hybrid Systems
