Matthew Heller is a Connected Industry Consultant at Bosch Rexroth and is responsible for developing the i4.0 /IoT business platform for Bosch Rexroth and its customers.
Prior to joining Bosch Rexroth, Matthew provided global leadership within Emerson’s Reliability Solutions business unit. As the executive leader of a digital SBU and P&L, he achieved commercialization of a new digital service focused business model incorporating hardware/software sales into a broader SaaS/PaaS + AI and Services subscription-based platform. Building engineering centers in Costa Rica, India, and Romania to better serve the channel partners and customers in those areas.

Developed digital solutions with his key client accounts (including Shell, BP, ExxonMobil).

Led a sales and engineering channel reorganization consisting of 21 independent business partners increasing his North American customer satisfaction and commercial reach.
Prior to Emerson, Matthew led a business unit for ASSA ABLOY where he guided large cross-functional/cross-business unit teams of internal stakeholders in an accelerated response to the economic crash of 2008. He also led expansion of his BU’s product and service portfolio into the connected (smart) building space.
Matthew’s career includes B2B, B2C, and B2G experience within the pharmaceutical, automotive, energy, security, and appliance industries. Matthew values innovation above all else, he has developed strategic business partnerships and relationships throughout the globe, and has lived in several states within the US and Brazil.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace and Energy Systems and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. Matthew also has a Six Sigma Black Belt.
