ENERGIZE YOUR INTRALOGISTICS
with the autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) ACTIVE Shuttle

The AMR ACTIVE Shuttle makes it possible to enter the factory of the future today. Without adapting your existing factory infrastructure, the ACTIVE Shuttle is quickly implemented, intuitive to operate, fully networked and safe to use! ACTIVE Shuttle automates and standardizes your internal material and goods flow. In the future, transport your floor rollers loaded with small load carriers (KLT) in a highly flexible and safe manner. The ACTIVE Shuttle Management System (AMS) enables highly flexible order management, in which orders can be entered manually or fed in automatically via third-party systems. The ACTIVE Shuttle communicates via the VDA 5050 interface with third-party systems for controlling the fleet.

Simple

The AMR ACTIVE Shuttle can be quickly and easily integrated into intralogistics via Plug and Go. Infrastructure adjustments are not required thanks to the reliable laser navigation.

An employee shows the AMS ACTIVE Shuttle Management System control software, which enables highly flexible order management.

Flexible

Jobs can be fed in manually or automatically thanks to the standard interfaces provided (sensor, PLC, MES/ ERP etc.). Transport requirements are assigned to available ACTIVE Shuttles via the AMS.

Robust

The integrated obstacle management enables braking in time and a safe passing of occurring obstacles on the road. In addition to the safety laser scanner, stereo cameras scan the room in 3D. As a result, even objects protruding into the ACTIVE Shuttle’s path are recognized.

The safety laser scanner of the ACTIVE Shuttle detects an employee and the driverless transport system stops automatically.

Secure

The safety concept designed in cooperation with the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) ensures a secure continuous 24/7 mixed operation with people and machines. The safety laser scanners used provide the highest reliability in continuous 24/7 operation.

Adaptive

The ACTIVE Shuttle fleet immediately detects changes in the production environment and automatically updates the reference map. The ACTIVE Shuttles communicate wirelessly with each other via the AMS and inform each other about possible changes in the environment in order to be able to react to bottlenecks at an early stage.

The ACTIVE Shuttle vehicle lifts a dolly with four small load carriers.

Efficient

The integrated lifting platform loads and unloads the dollies fully automatically without any manual interventions! The prioritization and optimum distribution of pending transport orders to the ACTIVE Shuttle fleet is done via the order management. Reduce surfaces and materials and therefore throughput times significantly by using the ACTIVE Shuttle.

Fleet management of the AMR ACTIVE Shuttle

Combination of an ACTIVE Shuttle and the ACTIVE Shuttle Management System (AMS).

ACTIVE Shuttle + ACTIVE Shuttle Management (AMS)

The combination of ACTIVE Shuttle and the ACTIVE Shuttle Management System (AMS) enables highly flexible order management. Fleet control and mobile robot are optimally coordinated. The AMS control software displays the live status of your fleet, assigns pending transport orders to the available vehicles, and allows users to control and flexibly configure logistics scenarios during production.

Combination of an ACTIVE Shuttle, a control station software of a third-party supplier and a mixed fleet of vehicles with other transport vehicles.

ACTIVE Shuttle with VDA 5050 interface

VDA 5050 is a standardized interface for AGV communication. The standard enables the operation of mixed transport vehicles under one control station software. The ACTIVE Shuttle includes the VDA 5050 interface and can thus be operated together with other transport vehicles in a mixed fleet under the control station software (master control) of a third-party supplier.
