ASrun are ready-to-use automation software modules on Rexroth Controllers (RC) that do not require any programming skills. Adapt the software by setting parameters within the graphical commissioning tools BODAS Connect (over-the-air) and/or BODAS-service (Laptop/PC based).

ASopen is the open and modifiable software variant of ASrun. It allows adaption to individual needs within the C code and is backed by a powerful development environment and a rich selection of library components. Open, scalable, safe.

Kinematic Position Sensing is the core backbone function for many automation functions that come to mind. This ASlibrary element continuously calculates the position of the vehicle’s structural elements in space (e.g., tool center point) based on the output values of the inertial measurement units MM7.10 attached to boom, arm, bucket, chassis, … and the kinematic model of the machine.
