"The proportional technique in hydrostatic power transmission systems of machines and devices" (only in POLISH LANGUAGE)
- Training venue: company premises - Warsaw, ul. Jutrzenki 102/104
- training schedule: two days, held once in a quarter, day 1: 9:00–15:00, day 2: 8:30–14:30.
- Number of participants: 4 persons minimum, 12 persons maximum.
- training price - (including training materials): PLN 1800 (net of VAT) per person, not including travel and accommodation costs.
AGENDA:
- Basics of the continuous valve technique
- Proportional valves — structure, control
- Servo-valves — structure, principle of operation
- Basic rules of using working media in hydraulic systems with proportional elements and servo-valves (selection, filtration, etc.)
- Rules of operation and diagnostics of hydraulic elements, assemblies, and systems with proportional elements and servo-valves
- Practical exercises on training stations:

- Controlling a hydraulic cylinder/motor by an external potentiometer
- Controlling a hydraulic cylinder/motor by a controller module
- Using proximity switches in proportional control
- Setting the pressure in a hydraulic system by an external potentiometer
- Presentation of the lab and maintenance service of Bosch Rexroth in Warsaw.
- Hydraulic system oil maintenance (collecting oil sample, determining oil purity class, oil filtration).
