We are pleased to show you our Hydraulic Test Bench used to test hydraulic pumps and motors. It is mandatory for us to test all hydraulic pumps and motors before delivery to our customers.

In the past, manual data recordings can be messy and time consuming. Test data collected physically are labour-intensive and is open to the possibility of data inaccuracy.

For example, now as we test the performance of an existing hydraulic pump – A7VO 500cc, we look to Internet of Things (IoT) to ensure that the test data are being captured and stored properly.

With the integrated test bench by Bosch Rexroth, we are able to collect data more effectively and even from the distance. Data can also be read and recorded through Cloud – making it possible for future reference and further analysis.

By integrating our own products such as Bosch Rexroth’s IoT device with our hydraulic system, we eliminate the gap between automation data and the internet. This means our lives are made easier. We are able to do more things such as monitoring the oil level of our test bench, support our customers remotely and arrange a virtual witness test with our customer – saving time and money!

The IoT dashboard gives us a visual overview of the data in digital display such as a graph recording. The technician is able to make informed decisions moving forward. Paired with a local software solution, the IoT device is also capable to be integrated with other platforms.
