Graduate program
Persons who:
- completed university or post-graduation studies one or two years ago,
- are able to demonstrate even short professional experience in industrial hydraulics or automation,
- gained experience in construction, design or sales of machines or other specific industrial goods,
- discovered teamwork ability or managing skills,
- are open for new cultures and are not afraid of new challenges,
are invited to participate in our program: International Development Program.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education – studies at a faculty of mechanical engineering (e.g. precise mechanics, mechatronics or industrial automation)
- Extensive knowledge in industrial hydraulics or automation, confirmed by very good academic performance
- Fluent German
- Good English or Russian
- Readiness to work in our branches in Germany for 2 years
- Mobility (including Poland)
- Preliminary experience in the industry or sales/construction of machines or other specific industrial goods
- Experience in interaction with other cultures (e.g. scholarship abroad, student exchange program)
- Readiness to maintain relationship with Bosch Rexroth for at least 7 years
Completed traineeship at Bosch Rexroth, MBA or other post-graduate studies will be an additional advantage.
