Overview laboratory service
As product support we offer various examinations for the control of fluid cleanliness and fluid condition.
The main target of our oil examinations is the determination of oil cleanliness. In this frame oil cleanliness, gravimetric contamination level , type and composition of the contamination residues in the oil are analysed. This examination may be extended to a REM analysis using an electron microscope which determines the chemical elements of a contamination particle.
Besides the determination of the fluid cleanliness the typical oil characteristics such as viscosity, additive concentration and water content may be controlled. If problems with filter service time occur our laboratory service is completed by the analysis of used filter elements.
