Five ways to save compressed air
Avoid Leaks
Prevent energy losses by avoiding leaks and using complete pressure and consumption monitoring!
Detecting and repairing leaks or ruling them out through condition monitoring. All this is possible with Rexroth's innovative components and intelligent tools.

Air flow measurements

Continual monitoring of air consumption and a comparison with the process-oriented specified values help to detect energy losses.

This can be accomplished, for example, with our AS maintenance unit with integrated flow rate meter.

Leak measurements

Energy losses can be quickly detected and remedied by measuring the differential pressure.

Our pressure sensor PE5 can be used to query the differential pressure.

Condition Monitoring

In our condition monitoring concept based on a new
2-component sealing technology for piston rod cylinders, the seal simultaneously functions as a cylinder.

Continual monitoring is provided right where it is needed. A warning directly on the cylinder ensures precise maintenance, which excludes leakage losses right from the start and minimizes maintenance costs.
