Five ways to save compressed air
Reduction in Hose Lengths
Reduce pressure losses caused by long hose lengths!
The longer the hose fittings, the more volumes must be filled. Decentralization of units results in decreasing hose lengths for ventilation and exhaust and is a potential area for savings.

Direct use on the device:

The extra-small and light valve series LS04 can be integrated directly on the actuator.

Short hose lengths help to minimize air consumption.

A concentration of pneumatic functions

Cylinder-valve units, such as those in the series TUS, are the ultimate solution for decentralization, as they reduce hose lengths down to the bare minimum.

Decentral arrangements

The valve terminal system CL03 fulfills the stringent requirements for protection class IP69K and can thus be used in the food industry, even in hard-to-clean areas.
