We’re expanding our global footprint with local Certified Excellence (CE) Partners, making it even quicker and easier for you to access our solutions, products and services in over 80 countries. Certified to our own high standards, you’ll get the same level of excellence and expertise from our CE-Partners as from our own staff.
Local partners complement our portfolio with their own services and products from other suppliers to give you a unique one-stop-shop experience. Certification includes one or more of our technologies and one or more partner services. Each partner has qualified as part of a multi-step process and meets our stringent quality standards in terms of sales, service, logistics and technical knowledge. The Certified Excellence Partner Network is made up of four partner types
Distribution Partners stock a portfolio of the most in-demand products and help OEMs and end-users to select products using the same e-tools as our own sales team use. They can take over the application-related selection of products and recommend substitutions, so you avoid costly undersizing or oversizing and get replacements quickly.
Service Partners provide our services to the same high standards as our own staff. They have access to current and historical product information, enabling them to quickly identify components and spare parts. When retrofitting and modernizing machines and systems, they can provide you with customized solutions.
Solution Partners supply partial systems and can put together complete solutions for machine functions. As application specialists for a wide range of target industries, they combine various technologies such as electric drives and controls with linear technology, industrial hydraulics, assembly technology or solutions for intralogistics. They’re familiar with our vision for the Factory of the Future, Connected Hydraulics and Transforming Mobile Machines, so they can accompany you on your journey towards digital transformation.
Training Partners provide technology training using the same systems and teachware that we use. The equipment, content and technical theory are in line with that of the Bosch Rexroth Academy. Once you’ve successfully completed the course, these partners can issue you with Bosch Rexroth certificates.
Like our own staff, our CE-Partners have access to our online platform, myRexroth. This gives them all the latest information and software tools for designing, configuring and servicing our products and solutions. This One Rexroth approach is not only ramping up consulting expertise in the field, it’s also speeding up the time it takes for you to get the perfect solution. CE-Partners can stay up to speed on our technologies and products thanks to our online learning platform.
As well as providing information on new products, myRexroth gives details of technical changes and discontinued products, along with replacements or alternatives. Historical documents are made available, so service partners can quickly identify older components and software versions, reduce downtime and carry out repairs with original spare parts.
Through the online platform, they also have direct access to the relevant people at Bosch Rexroth in case they have any specific questions. Additionally, they can use CU.BE, the central meeting place at our new Customer and Innovation Center in Ulm for customers, users and partners. Here they can exchange ideas with our developers, plan new projects and experience our solutions.
Through our ever-expanding network of CE-Partners and the myRexroth platform, we can offer you more proficient go-to partnerships wherever and whenever you need them. Meanwhile, we’re also expanding our e-commerce channels, providing software tools, digital online assistants and a B2B store available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you find the most suitable products and systems quickly and easily.
